I like to choose a natural candle over Bath & Body Works to avoid unnecessary hormone disrupting chemicals

Whatever I feel inspired by, I make alarms to remind me every day to think about certain things, don’t forget what’s important, things that are gonna keep me feeling grounded throughout the week or month.

For a while I’ve had an alarm that has a secret msg that says: “don’t give up - stay focused”. I see it every morning when I wake up and on days that I feel like giving up on my big goals, I remember that there’s a purpose and to just keep putting one foot in front of the other and just don’t give up on myself.

Fall is the most beautiful time to begin to slow down, rest, relax, recharge. Honour yourself for all your hard work and accomplishments this year and take a moment to let yourself enjoy the slowness of being at peace with everything you are and have done and will do.

For me that looks like grabbing a quick iced coffee from mc d’s, driving over to the park and walking along the flowers, trees and geese until I reach the peaceful bench to chill for a while away from everything 🤍

The only part I didn’t enjoy was the soggy straw 😛

This has been a big life long lesson for me - comparison always robs me of my own joy, feeling behind or that other people have more than I do - but at the end of the day, there’s always so much to be grateful for in your own life, so many things other people wish they had, and taking that time to appreciate it feels so much better than looking at the greener grass somewhere else 🤍

Today I was feeling like I needed a walk to process some thoughts and wanted to be by the water so I drove over to the beach on a beautiful day (that wasn’t insanely hot or humid!)

I was there just long enough to start to feel relaxed and connected to something bigger than myself and my thoughts

I love to do bodyweight workouts outside because I can get some fresh air and sun at the same time 🤸🏼‍♀️☀️🦋

- I like to do a mix of body weight and pilates + stretches
- You can also add weights / resistance bands, etc. to make your workout more challenging
- In addition to getting some exercise in, you’re also gaining all the benefits of nature!
- & don’t forget to do workouts that are fun for YOU! Bc you’ll be more likely to do them 💪😋

Today I went for a walk in the woods and stumbled upon something beautiful. I saw these soft feathery light snowflakes falling on the ground. The way the sun was catching them, it looked like sparkles glistening as they softly touched the puddles below. 🌨️

This is just a little sign that magic does exist.✨

If you want to see magic for yourself, go for a slow and mindful walk in nature. Be silent and look at what you see, look at the trees and birds and the leaves blowing. If you give nature your time and space, it will show you something magical and special. 💚🌳

For me this is just a sign that I need to spend more time in nature. I’ve really been feeling the pull to go in nature this week and I finally went and was greeted with so much love and grateful energy that I stopped by. Nature always supports us. 💕
